There will be a league meeting on Thursday October 1 at 6:00PM. The purpose of this meeting will be to nominate person(s) to fill the offices of Vice President (Barb Hare, incumbent), Secretary (Kim Thompson, incumbent), Men's Commissioner #2 (Philip West, incumbent) and Coed Commissioner #2 (Brian Fields, incumbent). Following the nomination meeting voting will start on Oct 2 and be available for 30 days with the ballots being counted and winners announced on October 31. To be eligible to hold office a person must be a member of the association by being on a teams roster that is on file with the league, a sponsor, a coach or a manager. All teams registered and in good standing with the league for the year of 2015 will get TWO votes. Each board member gets one vote. Voting members must come to the office and sign the register and cast their vote.
